Use the form below when you want to describe a counting problem or suggest an improvement. For a tool bug, include the page URL, the smallest text example that reproduces the problem, what result you expected and what the tool displayed. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal documents.

Response Expectations
Messages are reviewed as operational time allows. A contact form submission does not create a contractual support obligation or guarantee a particular response time. Clear, specific reports are easier to reproduce and address than a message that only says a counter is wrong.
Before Reporting a Sentence Count
Open the Advanced Analysis panel and inspect the sentence table. Compare Smart and Strict mode and check whether the text includes an abbreviation, decimal value, URL, email address, ellipsis or unfinished final fragment. If the boundary still looks incorrect, send that exact short example so it can be tested.
